Abstract

Abstract
This study is a quantitative study with a correlation approach that aims to determine the correlation between reasoning ability and learning outcomes of students class XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Sultan Hasanuddin, Gowa Regency. The variables in this research are the ability to reason as
the independent variable and the learning outcomes of Shorof santri as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was sampling technique and selected XI IPA 1 as a sample of students as many 19. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation. The research results were tested with the Pearson Product Moment correlation.
The results of the with learning achievement shorof show the value of sig. of 0.159>0.05. This shows that there is no significant correlation between the variables of
reasoning ability and student learning outcomes
